According to TMZ Honda is suing Tionne Watkins for failing to keep her end of a contractual agreement that she made with Honda after filing bankruptcy. Its being reported that TBoz faltered on her payments on her 2005 Honda Odyssey.
Honda has requested that the judge give them permission to regain possession of the van. After refusing to complete the necessary paperwork that would complete the bankruptcy and provide her with the protection needed to maintain some of her assets and protect her from creditors, theirs probably very little that the judge can do in her favor at this point.
Its safe to say that this economy has spared no one. Hardship has no prejudices. I really hope that TBoz can get it together and do what she has to do to fix her situation and continue to provide for her daughter as a single parent.
I'm actually shocked that she is driving a 2005 Honda anything much less a mini van. Its probably a van used for Chase's closet ( I think that's the name of her store) . She's been through this before. And I know this economy is hard on everyone but she had one up on us unknowns. She made millions and blew them trying to keep up with the Jacksons ( pick one Jessie, Janet Curtis etc) & Harris' (, didn't Tiny's group come out before TLC and weren't as commercially successful ) .
