DJ Stevie J is one of the cast members of VH1's Love and Hip Hop Atlanta which will premiere on June 18th, 2012 at 8pm. Stevie's bio describes him as a man in a committed relationship with MiMi Faust when he's caught cheating on his long time love, with Joseline, an up and coming Latina rapper that he manages. Stevie J once dated Eve and in 1999 intentionally released a sex tape involving the 2 of them, after she refused to mend their failing relationship.

He also dated Alexandria Martin, Whoopi Goldberg's only daughter. In late 2011 they were rumored to be married however, both sides deny it and confirmed that they haven't seen each other since 2007 when they ended their relationship. Upon hearing the wedding rumors, Whoopi took to Twitter and posted this message:
Stevie J has written and produced many hits and is reportedly extremely wealthy. If Love and Hip Hop Atlanta isn't as successful as the original show, Stevie's personal life experiences are the things that good reality tv shows are made of.
